Carol Bryant is a sculptor and pastel painter. Taking her inspiration
from African and English wildlife, her works include a wide variety
of wildlife sculptures and pastels, and commissioned pet portraits
in both media. She has studied African animals extensively in the
wild in Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa and Namibia, and in captivity
at conservation centres both in South Africa and Namibia, and has
worked as a volunteer with cheetah and wild dogs at the Ann van
Dyk Cheetah Centre - De Wildt at Hartbeespoort near Pretoria.
After starting her sculpture studies at Sunningwell School of Art she
has studied more recently with Rosamund de Tracy Kelly ARBS at
her studio in Chesterton, Oxfordshire.
She was the winner of the Best Sculpture prize at the
MIWAS1 2014 International Wildlife Art Exhibition
